"Supporting the best nutrition nature provides"
"Being a mother is hard and we all need individuals to come alongside us in this journey and point us in the next right direction. Anna was just that person for me when my daughter was struggling to gain weight and my supply had dropped. Anna met with me and developed a comprehensive plan to increase my supply and get my daughter gaining again. In the first week after my consult with Anna she had gained 14oz and my supply was back up. If you are fumbling along this breastfeeding journey and need someone to guide you, encourage you, and advocate for your baby then Anna is exactly who you want to see. It's never too late or too early in your child's life to get lactation support. I cannot thank Anna enough for her guidance in helping me achieve my breastfeeding goals."

"I had the privilege of working with Anna both as my doula during birth and as my lactation consultant postpartum. Anna was phenomenal during labor/birth assisting both myself and my husband through the birthing process. Afterwards, my husband said he didn't know if he could have done it without her. She also helped my son latch within minutes after birth, which resulted in an easy introduction to nursing. After I returned to work at 12 weeks, I was having a difficult time producing enough milk and figuring out proper pumping technique. I met with Anna and she guided me through pumping at work and at home as well as tips for increasing my milk supply."

"My husband and I found out we were expecting just days after moving to Flagstaff. With no family or friends in a new town, we prayed for a community to walk with us in this new season. Anna was a Godsend and I am beyond grateful for the support and encouragement she has been to me. As a first time mom, I knew very little about breastfeeding. What I had heard from other moms was discouraging, as they often described breastfeeding being painful or had problems maintaining milk supply. Anna is highly knowledgeable and provided advice specific to my concerns as a new mom and full time graduate student. She cares deeply for her clients and is always available and willing to listen. I have been able to breastfeed my daughter successfully for the past year and it has been a wonderful bonding experience."

"Anna is smart, kind, patient and so helpful! She made me lactation cookies and afterward my son was getting more breastmilk than he knew what to do with, I was able to pump more than I ever had before and I was leaking milk everywhere for days!"
